AttendMeet is an AI meeting assistant that automatically joins Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom calls, records them, transcribes with speaker identification, produces structured AI summaries and action items, and computes participation-coaching metrics. It is available Self-Hosted (on customer-owned infrastructure) or as Managed SaaS operated by aerstech.

What is the difference between Self-Hosted and Managed SaaS?

Self-Hosted runs on the customer's own infrastructure (Docker/Linux/Kubernetes) so recordings, transcripts and embeddings never leave their private network, with a choice of AI model provider. Managed SaaS is hosted and operated by aerstech with no setup, adds native Zoom integration, and cross-meeting team analytics on a monthly subscription.

Which meeting platforms does AttendMeet support?

Google Meet and Microsoft Teams on both editions, plus native Zoom on the Managed SaaS edition. The bot joins as an authenticated participant, from a connected calendar or a direct meeting link.

How does AttendMeet protect meeting data and privacy?

AttendMeet is privacy-first: AES-256-GCM encryption for credentials, sessions and data at rest. On Self-Hosted, all data stays inside the customer network. Data handling follows GDPR, HIPAA and Colombia's Law 1581 (Habeas Data).

Does AttendMeet have an API or agent integration?

An Ubuntu/Linux server with at least 2 vCPUs and 4 GB RAM. For multiple concurrent bots or local Whisper transcription, we recommend 4 vCPUs and 8 GB RAM with SSD storage.

The bot runs an isolated Chromium instance with WebRTC emulation, joining as a real participant. It can be paired with dedicated Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 accounts for instant admittance.
