aerstech is the controller of your account data (sign-up, billing, support). For the content of a company’s meetings we are a processor: we handle that data only on the instructions of that company, which is the controller.

Legal bases (GDPR)

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the service you signed up for.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): for example, invoicing.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): platform security and abuse prevention.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): when you connect optional integrations such as your calendar.

Your rights

  • Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
  • Restriction of and objection to processing.
  • Portability: we give you your data in a standard format.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your country’s data protection authority.

To exercise them, email privacy@attendmeet.com. We reply within 30 days at most.

Subprocessors

They help us provide the service and may only use the data for that purpose. If we add or change one, we update this list.

Transfers & retention

Data is stored in the United States. Transfers from the European Union rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider is certified, on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

You decide how many days your recordings are kept. When that period ends, or if you delete your account, they are permanently deleted.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

If your company needs a DPA (GDPR Art. 28) with the Standard Contractual Clauses, we will send it to you for signature.
