Security and privacy

We record your meetings. Here is what happens to them.

From the moment the meeting ends until it is deleted for good: where each file lives, who processes it and when it disappears.

Last reviewed: October 7, 2026

Lifecycle of a recording

  1. 1
    Capture

The recording travels encrypted to private storage, never public.

  2. 2
    Processing

AI transcribes it and builds your results. Your meetings never train any model.

  3. 3
    Storage

Encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per company. Only your team can see it.

  4. 4
    Deletion

When your company’s retention period ends, or when you delete it, it is fully erased within 7 days.
